Data We Collect

Storage & Transfer

All data is stored on servers in Sweden (Stockholm). We never transfer data outside the EU/EEA without adequate safeguards in place. We use signed Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with all sub-processors.

We retain your data while you are a customer and for up to 36 months thereafter (for accounting and legal requirements). Data in services is deleted 30 days after contract termination.

• Erasure (Art. 17): Request that we delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
