Getting Started
Contact us via the contact form or email at info@vitechcloud.se. We set up your account and guide you through the onboarding process. For most services everything is ready within 1-3 business days.
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial for most of our services. No credit card required. Contact us to get started with your trial period.
Depending on the service and configuration, most systems are up and running within 1-5 business days. Simpler services like Communicator and Workspace can be ready within 24 hours.
Our services are web-based and work in all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). We also have mobile apps for iOS and Android. No local installation required.
Billing & Payment
We invoice monthly in advance. The invoice is sent on the 1st of each month with 10 days payment terms. We accept e-invoice, bank transfer, direct debit, Swish and credit cards.
Yes! If you choose annual payment you save 10% compared to monthly payment. The invoice is sent annually and paid in advance.
You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it. No cancellation fees apply.
All prices are excluding VAT. For Swedish companies 25% VAT is added. For EU companies outside Sweden reverse charge applies if you have a valid VAT number.
Security & GDPR
All data is stored on servers in Stockholm, Sweden. We never use data centers outside the EU. Your data never leaves Sweden without your explicit consent.
We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. All systems undergo regular security audits. We have ISO 27001-certified data centers and daily backups with 30-day retention.
Yes, fully. We are a Swedish company and comply with GDPR and all relevant EU legislation. We offer DPA (Data Processing Agreement) and can help with your GDPR documentation.
Yes, we support SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0 for Single Sign-On. We can integrate with Azure AD, Google Workspace, Okta and most other identity providers.
Technical Questions
Yes! All our platforms offer REST APIs and webhooks. We have ready integrations for the most common systems and can help with custom integrations.
Yes, we make daily backups of all data with 30-day retention. We also have real-time replication to a secondary location for high availability.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all production services. That means max ~8.7 hours downtime per year. In case of disruptions we communicate proactively via email and our status page.
Yes, most of our services can be configured with your own domain (e.g. helpdesk.yourcompany.com). We help with DNS configuration.
Support & Service
We offer support via email (support@vitechcloud.se), phone (+46 79-308 93 93) and ticket system. Enterprise customers get a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
Our 24/7 monitoring means we proactively monitor your infrastructure. When an alert fires we act immediately. You are notified of incidents via email/SMS. We solve most issues before you even notice them.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrade is immediate with prorated billing. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing period.
